A print out of the manuscript. Imprint- The name of the publishing company on the title page.

Hardcover
Usually sewn and glued, hardcover books are then bound with cardboard covers that are reinforced with a stiff cloth before being covered with a paper dust jacket.

Headbands
Colorful ribbons at the top and bottom of hardcover books. Also referred to as footbands.
